Farm state

According to the Communists of Petersburg website, two farms in northeastern Estonia have declared an
independent "Soviet Republic" and are writing a proposal for a treaty with Russia to be submitted to the Russian president in the next few days.

I cannot tell whether this is serious or not – but, as more and more microstates arise, it is becoming increasingly plausible as a joke.

Anyway, it reminds me of Soviet Unterzögersdorf – the incredibly brilliant and clever initiative by monochrom, an art-technology-philosophy group based in Vienna, featuring several alternate reality events and a point-and-click adventure game (Sector 1 is available on Windows, Linux and MacOSX – Sector 2 will be released on December 2008, support it!)
