How often did you state things like "creative mindset", "out-of-the-box thinking" or "creative problem solver" on your CV? It may be a difficult claim to prove.

I wonder if a sort of innovator profile, publicly awarded by a widely recognized innovation-enabling consultancy such as IDEO, would help making such a claim more credible. In Nathan's words,

We figure that everyone’s unique, and someone’s skill might lie more in
how ‘Inspiring’ they are, while others will offer up amazing concepts or
prove to be good critical evaluators.
